An economist and Associate Professor (holding a Candidate of Economic Sciences degree) specializing in financial analysis, banking competition, and the assessment of market concentration. He combines strategic business leadership—serving as Director of the Fintax Group—with extensive academic and teaching experience at the Department of Finance of the Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE). He possesses practical experience in corporate finance and the business analysis of commercial loans, gained at Coca-Cola HBC Armenia and the Armenian Development Bank. He has authored research papers on methodologies for assessing competitive environments in commodity and banking markets.
